Did you know that the official food of the Celebration of Freedom is "Pancakes". Well not really but it sounded good and it taste even better, Especially if they are made with Shawnee Mills pancake mix and cooked for you by the Hobart Lions Club. And the Hobart Lions Club will be cooking up a batch of these delicious cakes for all hungry Celebration of Freedom guest and participants at the Hobart Regional Airport on Saturday May 29th. So, starting at 8:30 am come on out and eat all the pancakes you can along with sausage and help support your local Lions Club. While you're at the airport you can enjoy seeing all kinds of interesting aircraft arriving for the annual fly-in. Put it on your schedule and plan on being there, all you can eat pancakes are only $5.00 if you walk in or you could fly-in and eat free.  Looking at aircraft and enjoying the music, well that's free.  Be sure and be there before 10:00 am because that's when they stop cooking.
